Sector Plan
The Sindh Education Sector Plan 2026-31 is the Government of Sindh's provincial framework for school education, formulated by the School Education and Literacy Department through the Reform Support Unit in collaboration with development partners. The Plan provides a costed, evidence-based roadmap for the period 2026-27 to 2030-31.
The Sector Plan is structured around a fully costed implementation matrix in which each activity is assigned annual targets, a designated lead directorate and a transparent unit cost, ensuring full accountability for public and partner expenditure.
This platform serves as the operational monitoring system for the Sector Plan. All physical and financial progress figures presented here are the same figures reviewed by Departmental leadership, ensuring a single authoritative source of implementation data.

Source System Integrations
The platform receives data from the education management information systems currently operated by the Government of Sindh. School, teacher and district identifiers are harmonised across all connected systems under the provincial Data Standardisation Framework, ensuring consistency of records across modules.
